Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. By continuing to use the audioCue service after those changes are made, you are expressing and acknowledging your acceptance of the changes.

Services

audioCue offer a free 14 day trial to try the service; this offer is only applicable once. After the 14 day trial expires, unless cancelled, the customer will be billed in advance based on their selected package.

Packages - A subscription package which will be billed based on the selected package price until cancelled. Subscriptions are managed safely & securely by Paypal. Cancellations can be instantly applied from your Paypal account. Upon cancellation, the account will cancel normally within the hour.

You agree to abide by our User Guidelines (below).

User Guidelines

audioCue respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. This means, for example, that the following is not permitted:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modification or creating derivative works based on audioCue app or any part thereof;

Circumventing any technology used by audioCue, or reverse engineering audioCue for any reason

Granting access to your password to any other person, or using any other person’s user name and password.

Interfering with the audioCue app, tamper with or attempts to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities in the Service or audioCue's computer systems or network, website, or breaches any of audioCue's security or authentication measures.

You agree that audioCue may monitor usage levels, including without limitation, account logins by devices. We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to monitor and control data volume. Should your usage be beyond what is deemed reasonable usage, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to reduce, suspend or terminate your service.

Billing & Cancellations

All of our payments are handled safely and securely by Paypal. You may cancel your audioCue subscription at any time and access to the premium level app will be terminated within the hours of your Paypal subscription being cancelled. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods. To cancel, go to Paypal and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
